IFBB FITNESS CHALLENGE​

The Fitness Challenge category of the IFBB is a competitive discipline within the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) that combines strength, endurance, and agility. 

Unlike other bodybuilding categories that focus primarily on muscular aesthetics, the Fitness Challenge evaluates competitors’ physical abilities through a series of functional exercises and tests.

Participants must complete circuits that include six different exercises, such as push-ups, chin-ups, burpees, kettlebell lifts, and more, aiming to do as many repetitions as possible in two minutes while maintaining proper technique.

These circuits are designed to measure the overall physical performance and athletic condition of the competitors.

This category promotes a more dynamic and versatile approach to fitness, allowing athletes to showcase their overall physical abilities beyond muscle mass or body appearance.

Fitness Challenge offers various levels tailored to each individual’s physical capabilities! Anyone can compete! 

We have categories for children starting from age 6 all the way to master categories for competitors over 40. No matter your age or fitness background, Fitness Challenge has a place for you!

Choose your difficulty level: Bronze, Silver, or Gold, and compete individually, in pairs, or as part of a team!
